Museum Lecture - History of Plum Island, NY by author Ruth Ann Bramson

Ruth Ann Bramson will present an illustrated lecture that examines the history of neighboring Plum Island from the time of pre-colonial Indian settlement through to its use a fort and, more recently, as the site of a government research facility. Ms. Bramson is currently co-writing a history of Plum and Great Gull islands.
